Project Information

Three of the villas have 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs with a wonderful balcony overlooking the specially designed pool with sea and mountain views as well as the lawned and professionally landscaped beautiful green gardens. Furthermore, there are four villas with 3 bedrooms of which 1 is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and 2 single rooms sharing a bathroom. The 3 bedroom villas also have a balcony with similarly beautiful views surrounding the complex.

Plan and technical information

All the villas can sleep up to 6 people (4 upstairs and 2 downstairs in the lounge) or even up to 8 if two people sleep on each sofa-bed in the lounge at the same time.

On the ground floor, there is a lounge with a beautiful fire-place and an open plan kitchen with a terrace surrounding the kitchen and the lounge area overlooking the inviting pool. There is also a bathroom including a shower on the ground floor.

Bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes and windows with stunning views of the sea and/or mountain. Some of the bathrooms have a large corner bath whilst some of them have a shower unit. Fully equipped kitchen has a hob/oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer and all the other main kitchen utensils. The lounge is furnished with two sofas that can each sleep 2 people, coffee tables, soft lighting, TV, radio/DVD player, etc. The lounge/kitchen area have also a dinner table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
