WAY FORWARD AND CONCLUSION
It is crucial to highlight that the project is located on land which has original Turkish title and therefore is
not prone to any debate as in the case of exchange land. It would be challenging for a potential investor to
find a similarly large piece of land with such title deeds especially at Kyrenia range.
Various different concept options have been considered for this development project by the
entrepreneurs. Some of these are management contract, franchise contract, time share, apart hotel and
bungalows, etc. Deska Ltd. Owners' approach to this project is rather flexible at this point in time
depending on the expected feed back by potentional investors and management-operators.
