INTRODUCTION
Deska Ltd. (referred to as 'Deska' from hereon wards) is a family owned local company, set up in 1975, officially registered in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus for which official documentation can be found in appendix for confirmation. Amongst its numerous investments and property developments, one of Deska's activities is developing tourism investment projects. The current project that Deska is focusing on is the five star deluxe tourism complex which will be developed in the Zeytinlik district of the most popular resort town of Kyrenia in North Cyprus. This complex is designed in such a way that it will distinguish itself from any existing facility on the island by far. It will achieve this with the facilities and services it offers as well as its design and concept.
