Zeytinlik Village
Zeytinlik is the Turkish name for
olive groves which surround this
unspoilt Turkish Cypriot village. The
original name of Zeytinlik is Temlos.
Hence, the complex is currently
named after the original village
name. Zeytinlik is peaceful yet only
1Km away from shops, supermarkets and amenities on the coast road. Zeytinlik is one of the famous
places for visiting, resting and relaxing with its olive trees and natural beauty. Although Kyrenia is
becoming more built day by day, it has been possible for Zeytinlik village and its residents to keep
Zeytinlik’s natural beauty. Olive trees give perfect pattern which provides a unique identity to town.
Wild orchids have grown up naturally in that area which cannot be seen anywhere else around the
world. This village has got natural beauty with its endemic flora that tolerates natural path and
arboretum for visitors. In addition, there are many famous artists as well as famous people living around
this area.
